The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before the normal checking in time. So the gentleman told us the best place for breakfast which we went and agreed with him. When we were back to check in, our luggage was already delivered to our room. We stayed for one night but stored our luggage for 10 days when we went to Paine Del Torres. We were really grateful for that. When we picked up the luggage we asked for some hot water, the young staff member heated up some water for us. This is a great hotel to stay. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and water front. And most importantly the nicest staff members.

I stayed at hotel Vendaval in March 2026. Property was clean and shower was hot. They had heated drying rack which came in handy. As far as the noise level- I agree with others- you hear everything from the rooms around you including water running through pipes. But that just must be the way building are constructed here. I took melatonin and was able to fall asleep.

I enjoyed this hotel; it looks bland from the outside but is architecturally really interesting within: boutique-y, apparently involving old shipping containers, and there is great art on the walls. Neighborhood has some good food. Didn't look at any shops.

A great value--great location, clean, safe, wonderful and helpful staff. There are shops and restaurants very close by. Can walk to everywhere in the center city from the hotel.

Great location, very close to the plaza, near by post office, many good restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping stores, etc. Room is very clean and comfortable. Competitive pricing. Rooftop was nice with panoramic views of the town and waters/mountains. Staff is very friendly and lets you store your luggage and pick up at a later date. Breakfast buffet was okay...would highly recommend!

Nice room, lovely staff that even prepared a early breakfast for us. Great views from the rooftop bar and we were even treated to a welcome drink. Only slight snag was that the shower was rather tiny and leaked onto the floor. Also, the parking situation in the town/city isn't ideal.

The shower door did not close properly in Room 20, so water came outside of the shower. We had to contain the water on the floor with towels. The shower can be designed better.

The hotel was a very pleasant experience. Beginning with me arriving from the airport hours before check in, Leonardo was exceptional holding my bags for hours at the front desk to free me up. When I got back he had my bags in my room which was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, linens were excellent quality. I have a torn rotator cuff and the pillows were perfect to give me a great nights sleep!
