"The room and the hotel in general need an update"

"The parking area is not great, especially if there are guests at the restaurant."

"The property and staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were even able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the morning of my flight, which I appreciated. However, the shuttle service is not a commercial service, and my experience was uncomfortable. The initial driver picked me up, then stopped at a gas station to switch me into another car with a different driver without any clear explanation. While I did make it to the airport safely, as a solo female traveler this situation felt very unsettling."

"This hotel is stunning. Beautifully designed, indoor and outdoor spaces, you will love it. The staff, especially Marshall was so incredibly kind and helpful. "

"Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location. "

"We spent the month of Feb here. It was perfect for us to explore the city in the mornings and relax by the pool in the afternoons. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well. We never did rent a car, as most of Windhoek’s sights were within a 20 min walk, and the grocery store and many restaurants were within a 10-min walk. Safe neighborhood. Lastly, you will never find a VRBO host as helpful and responsible as Franklin. Thanks for a great experience!"
