The place had nice appliances and a comfortable mattress, but several issues need attention:- Photos are misleading — layout, furniture, and bed size shown do not match the advertisment.- Towels were not provided as advertised.- Listing implies an in‑unit washer/dryer, but they were not in the unit.- Cosmetic damage: holes in bedroom drapes and bathroom wall, and a broken living‑room table.- No convenient spot to keep open luggage while packing/unpacking. - Would……

“It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. ”

“This was the perfect stay for our Mother/Daughter DC trip. We had six in our group and it was the perfect layout. We ended up using the Metro bus station near the house to get to the Capitol area and it was very smooth. Check in/out were very easy and the house was supplied with everything we needed.”

“3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond……

“The size of our suite was surprisingly large, we had everything we needed. Zero issues or problems our entire stay. ”

“Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.”
