「Average but food is the best」

「The staff, the room and the environment are excellent」

「Clean rooms 」

「It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.」

「For a $136 a night, this was terrible! The hotel was so old, no maintenance whatsoever. There was no breakfast buffet. Breakfast I was served was bread they slice manually (so uneven) and fried egg that was horrible! So not worth the money 😭😭😭」

「Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. 」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no hot water and the door was falling off the hinge. The wifi is also very spotty. 」

「My review is not for Paris Tower Hotel but for Hotels.com, I got confirmation mail from hotels..com after booking only to get to Paris Tower Hotel and they didn't find records of your bookings. I had to use my money to lodge for the 2 nights and I have been trying to reach out to hotels.com but no mail and your virtual agent could not connect me to any agent. Please I need refund. Thanks」

「Very terrible Resident to stay」

「Worsr hotel i have ever encountered. Did not get toslrep there as they had alreasy given my room out and were apologizing and promising me a room the next day cos they were fully booked. Long story short they sold my room to someone who was ready to take more rooms and leaving me stranded before i could manage to get another hotel. They are not worthy of being listed on your platform and a word of advise to people still willing to book the hotel, please c9nfirm your room has not been sold to...

「The hotel is a bit clean but services was terrible. The rooms don’t have fridge and no restaurant within the hotel. You have to travel out」

「I was not allowed to stay and was not informed ahead. I was told on arrival that the facility was being fumigated for COVID and the workers were really arrogant and rude . I was stranded for hours and had to find another hotel 」
