They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. "Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose from in the many leafy squares surrounding the hotel. The hotel does cold plates, which we didn’t try. "
