“We stayed at Gasthof Knappenwirt during the Austrian Grand Prix. The hotel is in an idyllic rural setting, with shops just a short drive away. The Lohr family were wonderfully welcoming and considerate hosts. We were in Landhaus Winkelbauer, a newly renovated house on site, and ate breakfast at the hotel each morning. The was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Would highly recommend for a group or family. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!”

You could liken the stay to being a welcomed guest at your favorite Italian restaurant. We found no need to read the menu as every night the owner’s personal recommendation exceeded our expectations and more than satisfied our appetites.
