In the district of Oberdorf 600 m from the centre of Nauders, on the outskirts, 41 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope, 3 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced) with plants and flowers, meadow. Steep, narrow motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop 600 m, supermarket 850 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Landeck" 41 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 29 km, mountain railway 3 km, ski lift 3 km, slopes 3 km, ski bus stop 500 m, ski school 3 km, sled run 3 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nauders /Reschenpass 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Reschensee 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Nauders-Reschen-St.Valentin. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Ein gelungener Sommerurlaub
Ich war mit zwei Teenagerkindern 13 Tage zu Gast bei Frau Steinwender, die uns freundlich empfangen hat. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung entsprach meinen Erwartungen. Große Kaffeebecher fehlten mir allerdings ein bisschen, aber das ist eine persönliche Sache, ob man die kleinen Tassen oder die großen Tassen bevorzugt.
Anders als in anderen Bewertungen angesprochen, funktionierte das WLAN bei uns einwandfrei. Großes Plus: der kleine Garten mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm und herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge. Dort konnte ich nachmittags wunderbar entspannen. Frau Steinwender hat uns auch Restaurantempfehlungen gegeben, die großartig waren. In der Rückschau würde ich die Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen empfehlen. Einziger negativer Punkt: Die Wäsche, insbesondere die Handtücher rochen stark nach Rauch, aber da bin ich als militanter Nichtraucher auch sehr kritisch. Ich würde trotzdem wieder dorthin fahren, weil es mir insgesamt gut gefallen hat.
