Overall，it was a terrible experience. We stayed there for just one night this time. When arriving with my friends at the hotel, a girl asked us to sit down at the lobby and wait for checking in. Location is absolutely gorgeous and easy to see elephants come across at night. But customer office is not responding or assist with any refund stuff, and have no action to solve another problem during stay.
