A bottom floor unit in Sunset Harbor Palms with beautiful views from the back patio. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise or an evening cocktail watching the breath taking sunsets. The Palms is located on the quieter side of the island, close to the Gulf Island National Seashore. The unit comes furnished to include Queen size bed and sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area table. Pay Per Load Laundry facility is located in Pool house.There is a parking area for beach access to the Gulf in close proximity or just walk steps to the calmer waters of the sound. The Palms offers a private fishing pier, gazebo that is great for grilling, and a community pool.

Great getaway

Apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a short distance from beach. It had almost everything you would need for your getaway. I'd recommend placing a rug in the bathroom due to the floor becoming slippery after showering. A dish cloth and kitchen towels would be great items to add as well. Just a heads up upstairs neighbors were extremely loud echoing footsteps at all hours of the day and night. I know this can't be controlled by management it's just a thing that happens while staying in a ground floor apartment but wanted to pass along for future renters. All and all we had a great stay.

Review for property

Not bad needs more toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. Add some pens in the drawers please. Additionally more towels for an extended stay.

Difficult to contact manager

Found hair in the kitchen on appliances and also on the toilet and in the shower. We checked in on Sunday and contacted the manager about a minor issue. We tried to go swimming on Monday but our code did not work we text and emailed the manager and did get a response until Tuesday.

very nice

It was very nice. the sofa bed was not great and there was not dishwashing detergent so we couldn't use the dishwasher. Also hand soup in a dispenser would have been appreciated but overall very nice.
