Property is as advertised. Beautiful and clean, plenty of room and lots to do : ping-pong, bikes, pool for swimming, and sup/kayaking. Will likelybook again at some point

Best on the island for a family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to Navarre Beach to celebrate Fourth of July with our entire family, sixteen in total. By far Delta Dawn was the best place yet!There really is no comparison, the first floor with the pool, ping pong table, kayak, paddle board, TV's, not to mention beach toys, beach chairs, bicycles and the golf cart just made the entire week more enjoyable and relaxing.The upstairs layout was perfect for mealtime and relaxing. The sleeping arrangements, especially for the grand kids, could not have been more accommodating and efficient.If you have a family and want everyone to have a good time, this is the place!
