"We stayed in one of the cabins and loved it! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Loved the option for breakfast and lunch at the clubhouse on property and the "community" events they host are fun for the whole family. We watched "Hook" on a screen waterfront. Will definitely be making future trips here."

"By far the best vacation home we've experienced. They had everything we needed. Restaurants within walking distance. Shopping close by. The beach was a short walk and just beautiful. Will definitely be back. "

"We loved this beach house, but be aware there are 3 sets of stairs to climb so it is not ideal if you have mobility issues. There were no extra blankets or linens available & the cooking supplies are more limited than we are accustomed to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite the suggestions for improvement. PS- we did enjoy the options for coffee- a kureg & traditional coffee pot are both available. "

"The location of this property had onsight beach access to the sound side, and a 9 min walk to the beach on the gulf side. Quick access to the gas station. Townhouses were older, but inside was nice and clean. It is in a HOA, so there are some rules you have to abide by, but nothing serious. Overall was a great stay, owner of this property gave us full range to use everything in the house which came in handy with kids. Had a small hicup with the pull out couch not having linen, but owner quickly responded and fixed the issue. Still gave it 5 stars. "

"Loved this property! We’ve stayed in several units at Sugar Beach but loved that this one offered 2.5 baths for our family. The unit was clean and set up so nicely. We loved the ease of having beach items/towels to borrow and would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the hosts. Thank you for letting us stay in your space! "
