Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, dinnerware, etc. The updated bathrooms were very nice. The condo was clean. We had a few issues but Leslie at the management office resolved them quickly. I would definitely go back!!!

Our stay was good for family staying with us. The only complaint was the internet was down & we never had connection. Kids also ended up with dog hair on them from the rug but we had no dogs. Overall, we enjoyed the condo!

Great 2 bedroom in a fantastic spot

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my sister's birthday with some beach time. The location is amazing where you have easy beach access, or you can enjoy the view and sound of the waves right from the porch. Check in and out were a breeze, the basics were provided for us and vacasa had let us know beforehand what would be available in the condo, which i really appreciate. This unit was a great choice for us for our Navarre Beach trip!

Everything you could hope for

This property, and my visit was flawless. Pulling into the secured parking i couldn't help notice the prefecture manicured landscape, the clean building, and good sized parking spots. The way up to my room didn't disappoint either. Clean entrance and elevator. Once i walked into my room i was immediately greeted by a full wall patio door gazing at the ocean crashing into the white sand. Everything in that room was modern, clean, immaculent . Everything from the decorations, bathrooms was classy. 405 was obviously well loved and cared for. the property managers were amazing as well. Great communication, helpful. I couldn't have asked for more..... but there was more. This beautiful condo had its own steam room!!! I will definetly stay again T-rav

Reached out to property management 3 times via phone and sms and msg left with no responses. Kitchen sink leaked, had difficulties linking to wifi, and wanted to ask for late discharge. Condo was great location and very nice . Also no code provided to get back into gated area from beach.

Overall happy but fridge ruined our food

I’ll start by saying the view was breathtaking and made it all worth it. The rug and couch were pretty dirty but the rest of the condo was perfectly clean. Very well stocked and location was perfect. The fridge quit on us and I actually received a call asking how our first night was and I told them then that the fridge wasn’t cool. The man promised accommodations like a cooler with ice or mini fridge but it was never brought. We ended up loosing the sandwich meat, turkey burgers, and other food we brought to cut down on eating out. The place was quiet and family friendly and was the best price for beach front property we found.

Wonderful time at Navarre in a wonderful condo!

The condo was very nice, very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed spending time sitting on the very comfortable balcony. The location of the condo is perfect. We loved taking long walks on the beach, finding seashells and watching the birds, dolphins and stingrays!
