Beautiful

Very clean, up to date decor. Beds were super comfortable! Good selection of kitchen supplies. The pool is big and enjoyable for multiple families. The beach was great as usual.

We were transferred to this condo after construction in another condo (A costumer service) this condo was Very clean!! No sand on the floors at all. It was however more suitable for adults / older children. There are moving glass tops on the side tables that we removed with our young children running around. The furniture was comfortable and decor was so cute. I will add that during our stay the jets in the jacuzzi tub did not work or we couldn’t figure them out. The light switch situation is a bit confusing as well. But tons of dishes and even Tupperware. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen. No complaints at all!! :)

A perfect find!!

Been staying in a different location in Florida for years!!! This by far is one of our favs!! The exact words I lot my husband were I want to retire in this exact condo! We had wonderful weather, condo is beautifully decorated and the beaches were beautiful and not crazy busy!! We will definitely be back and share the info on its other family and friends!! The Hank you for sure he memories we made at Theo’s facility!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The owners were quick to respond and made everything easy. The only thing we wished for were a couple of throw blankets for lounging and beach towels, but overall it was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Unit is recently renovated so it’s clean overall though I did see some mold in the shower floor. There are 2 things I have issue with. First issue is parking for oversized vehicle. We have a cargo carrier on top and could not fit the parking garage. There are few spots reserved for cars taller than 7.1ft and there are signs that says cars will be towed if not over 7.1 ft but there was no enforcement so small cars just parked there and we could not find parking spot for 2 days. I had to call property management and hoa contact and told them the issue with parking. They finally sent someone to check and it’s better after that. The 2nd issue I had was the view of balcony. The unit we booked had a partial gulf view not the 180 degree view posted online when we reserved. It’s misleading advertisement.
