"Disappointing stay - would not recommend My recent stay at this hotel was far below expectations and a waste of money. From check-in onward, I encountered multiple issues across every aspect of the property. The room itself was not as clean as it should have been - I noticed dust in corners, insects, stains on the bedding, and the bathroom could have used better attention to detail. The furniture looked worn and outdated, making the space feel uninviting. The staff was indifferent. When I had questions or requests, responses were dismissive and slow. For a hotel, guest service should be a priority, and this was clearly lacking. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality was poor. Items clearly hadn’t been refreshed regularly. It felt like an afterthought rather than a proper amenity. The outdoor pool area, which should have been a nice feature, was actually the biggest letdown. The seating was uncomfortable plastic chairs with no cushioning and there were no proper lounge areas. It felt neglected. For the price I paid, this hotel simply does not deliver value. There are much better options that would actually be worth your money. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this property. "

"Nice beachfront hotel in a more casual location, Wailoaloa Beach, which is conveniently located and undiscovered so far. 2nd time staying here. Several restaurant choices at night, live music and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast buffet choices were awesome. Staff was Very accommodating with my need for a power adapter, late check out as well as recommendations for offsite cafes. "

"We stayed a couple of nights here. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We stayed in one of the beachfront villas with a private pool. It was a little tired, but a really good space with the ability to self cater. The outlook was superb, the pool lovely, very private and good value. The location is a little out of the way, and a different kind of holiday compared to the busy Denarau style resorts, but in my opinion, preferable. "

"The room was clean and tidy although a little tired. We had an amazing view over the beach and pool / restaurant area. We saw the best sunsets so that made up for the lack of maintenace on the rooms. The staff were the best, extreemly helpful and courteous at all times, although no one remembered or told us that 15/5/2026 was a public holiday in Fiji so all shops were shut including doctors and dentists, which was frustrating as i required a urgent dentist. The bed and linen and pillows were so comfortable and dreamy. We found the showers themselves to be quite slippery so were extra cautious."

"The beach was nice, we had all that we needed for an airport layover. We would definitely not recommend coming to spend a holiday at this “resort”, it was comparable to a motel quality hotel stay, and the pictures painted a very different experience to the reality of the quality of the hotel as a “resort” style hotel."
