  • Located in Néant-sur-Yvel in Brittany, this 150 m² holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker and capsule machine. The house offers Wi-Fi, a private TV, washing machine, wood-burning stove for heating, and a private entrance for added flexibility. A baby cot is available for families with infants.



    Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A private barbecue is available for outdoor cooking and dining.



    The property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site. 1 dog is allowed. Please note that parties and events are not permitted on the property.



    A bed linen and towel package is available on request for an extra charge. The accommodation must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. If you prefer not to clean, a cleaning service is available on request for an extra charge.



    It is possible to rent several gîtes together while maintaining the independence of each accommodation.
