“Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. “This is a gorgeous property with great access to the north Norfolk coast. With the interconnecting bedrooms and a downstairs bathroom clearly best for families or close friends. We couldn't work the central heating or hot water which I now understand is simple but there weren't instructions and the doors were a bit of a nightmare. The stairs are steep but we were fine with that. Since this is dog-friendly it would be great to have guidelines on what beaches or walks are/aren't in a simple form.……

“Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car……

“The directions we received to get us to the cottage were very confusing and no use whatsoever. We had to knock on doors and ask locals. This was such a shame as we discovered if we took a different road from the A1064 it could not have been more straightforward.
