Important to Note: This home is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. A boat is permanently docked inside the boat house and is not available to rent. Cleats are available along the side of the boat house for guest use with a personal or rented boat. A sound bar and Sonos system are present at the home, but are not available for use. For security purposes, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
