"Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too."

"Super clean, ample and totally renewed. I stayed at one of the best hotels there last year, this is a much better option. 50 meters from the ski lift, where you can buy lift passes too!"

"El apartamento está muy bien situado cerca de la zona residencial. Estaba limpio y era acogedor, con instrucciones de entrada muy claras. El propietario es muy comunicativo y muy servicial; se las arregló para atender nuestras consultas. ¡Una estadía genial y la próxima vez iremos a ver la piscina!"

"First cabin had bad smell, quickly changed us to another. Restaurant was very good and value for money. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice? The whole place is very interesting and definitely worth a vist"

"Siento decirlo así, el entorno precioso, el pueblo bonito pero la casa es la peor que he visitado, dormimos en unas camas con los colchones viejos, la limpieza dejo mucho que desear, solo lo bien que se estaba en la piscina hacia que no nos fueramos de la casa nada mas llegar. Espero que halla mejorado."

"Duplex is very nice. All rooms are upstairs. Carrying luggage upstairs is not so convenient. We unloaded all ski clothing and shoes and left them downstairs so luggages wouldn't be so heavy. Hotel’s personnel is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a few steps away from Parador chairlift. We used the hotel amenities, gym, room service, restaurant, transfers to town and spa. We paid for spa and since maximum capacity is 6 people at a time, we had it to ourselves as we were 6....

"I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm."

"We stayed for 5 nights on half board for a walking holiday. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and, in particular, the swimming pool in the early evening. The reception staff were highly professional and the restaurant staff were friendly. The evening menu only changes once a week which meant some repetition in our actual selections of food."
