My accommodation is close to public transportation and family-friendly activities. It is about 5 km to Audi and 7 km to Lidl. Ideal for project-related stay. You will love my accommodation because of the large balcony and the compact interior design. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

The accommodation:
The apartment extends to about 27 square meters and consists of a large room, a bathroom with toilet and a large balcony. It is fully furnished and offers during the day a very large living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. In the evening, the 140x200 foldaway bed is opened, for a restful sleep.

The kitchenette is equipped with two hobs, a built-in refrigerator, sink, kettle and microwave. Of course, there are also clean cutlery, dishes, pots and pans ready.
In addition, coffee pads (Tassimo) are provided weekly.

For the longer stay we offered a weekly cleaning service.

Access for guests:
You have access to all areas of this 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment has a large balcony which can also be used. Especially interesting for smokers who are not allowed to smoke in the apartment. During your stay you even have a mailbox available. At these you can have your mail forwarded to you temporarily.

Neighbors:
Your 1 bedroom apartment is located in a multi-family house with very nice neighbors. The residential area is very quiet with some shopping facilities within walking distance. A large park for various leisure activities is almost right outside your door (about 30m away).

transport:
A bus stop can be found right in front of your accommodation. If you are traveling with your own vehicle, there is both public parking and a parking space in the underground car park. This can be rented on site for an additional charge of € 3 per day.
