「What a wonderful property! The cabin is luxurious and comfortable. The setting is beautiful.Communication with the host is great. This was our third stay and we hope to return soon!」

「The skyline lodge was the perfect mountain retreat. I plan to book again!」

「Overall the cabin is very cozy and comfortable. Clean; stocked with cooking ware. We use ATT cellular, which was NOT available in the area, but bypassed it with Wi-Fi, which worked well. It’s close to the road, but there’s not much traffic so it was pretty quiet. The river seating area is beautiful but it is close behind the other cabins, so if you prefer more privacy it’s a little awkward. We didn’t meet the owners, but they are right there on the property and seemed like very wonderful...

「Beautiful area」

「The home is the most intimate and authentic VRBO/vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect for getting away while also having access to Boulder when needed. The surrounding hikes were incredible and the hot tub was a great place to end the day afterward. Could not recommend enough. 」

「Cozy stay for Christmas Eve, no complaints!」

「I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape. You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true! See you next year. You are very gracious hosts.」

「The location was terrific as it afforded me easy access to multiple trailheads to nearby 14ers. Major downfall was the cooking supplies could not be used and the cleanliness of the place left a bit to be desired.」

「We loved staying here! Such a cute cabin! We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It’s definitely older, rustic type vibe but that’s what we were hoping for. Just want to note that the bathroom is extremely small, not sure if that’s listed anywhere, but we didn’t mind at all, it worked for us.」

「The property was excellent, we loved it. Love the scenery. Unfortunately we came on a bad weekend when the wind was awful. So bad that it blew rocks up off the ground and broke my window. Besides that unfortunate event, we had a great time and we'll be coming back」
