“Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) “Upon our arrival at the hotel's front desk, we were utterly dismayed by the complete lack of a warm welcome. The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……

“I stayed in this hotel couple times and this time really pissed us off. The cleaners went to the room and didn’t finish the job and didn’t take the trash away. We ordered taxis and non of them arrived and the taxis they called for same trip could cost from 15-35 Euro difference. 😡 the front desk can’t answer simple questions and they don’t even apologize for not ordering taxis for us. We will Never stay in this hotel again! ”

“Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.”
