My room was booked on Hotels.com. When I checked in, the front desk said they don't have a reservation listed for me. I showed them my confirmation number from the hotel and the itinerary number from Hotels.com and they still wouldn't let me check in. An hour and a half after waiting in the lobby (work trip) it was only resolved AFTER the hotels.com rep contacted the hotel's reservation team. Turned out to be some glitch in the hotel's computer system. Such poor customer service when I'm the one who had to make all of the calls and get it straightened out so I could finally check in. I will not stay here again.

I waited nearly 10 min for someone to show up at the desk to check me in. No note, no bell and when someone showed up, no apology. Then he couldn’t find my Expedia reservation so showed him my confirmation. The staff member seemed irritated and inconvenienced that I was there.

An additional $100 fee was added to initial bill that wasn’t mentioned on my original receipt. I was assured it would be taken off but it took 2 days. Free shuttle to airport was very nice too.

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We slept very soundly. Our only complaint is that the coffee in the morning was watery and only lukewarm.

Nice quiet stay away from city center.
Quick and easy check in. Did not use pool or gym but looked clean and reasonable. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with a nice variety.

Really nice hotel, but not a very positive experience at the morning breakfast. Attendant was quite rude and frustrated by her morning. I get the frustration at times, but channel it and not display to customers.

Double charged and the hotel doesn't care
After paying for the room on hotels.com the hotel told me they needed a card on file and that they wouldn't charge me again. Well that was a lie and now I'm negative in my account and am struggling to pay bills because $250 is alot for some people. I'll never stay at this place again.

The motel is situated out of the business of the mall, nice and quiet. The rooms were beautiful. I would recommend a larger continental breakfast area. The room is too small and all the conversation makes it too loud to enjoy your breakfast. It was uncomfortable.

Second time staying here, and we do love the property as a whole and the location. However our suite this time around was never cleaned before us arriving. There were Cheetos on the floor, and leftover food crumbs on the small stovetop the room had. For $833 for two nights, it was disappointing this time around.
