The man who checked us in was not familiar with the room accomodations. When his mistake was corrected he seemed irritated with us for bringing up his error to another employee. The other employee had to correct his error. Now I am also waiting for the return of my $100 charge that wasn't supposed to be charged.

The only “complaint” I have is the cost of the breakfast. It was $13.95 for standard “hotel” style buffet that is usually included with room. A bit steep for that type of breakfast.

While a good location in Neenah, I asked for a quiet room, yet was given one across from the elevator. I was up all night. College kids and a wedding party were up all night. Awful.

The staff at checkin was friendly. Our room was nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. Water bottles in room, tea/coffee, and a mini fridge. A/C and heat was a little wierd, not sure we ever really figured it out. Parking was easy on-site. Pool and hot tub were lovely.

Everything was great until I got up this morning to use the hot tub, which I really needed and it was under repair or something was wrong with it. Just disappointing!
