Cape Rachado Lighthouse is one of the oldest, if not the oldest, lighthouse in Malaysia. It is a working lighthouse so it is not open to the public unfortunately. It is the highlight of things to do in Port Dickson even though it is technically not in the city. The view from the wall over the Strait of Melacca is stunning. There are two secluded beaches behind the lighthouse, down about 1000 stairs, that are the most prestine we have ever seen! No one was there besides us for the 5 hours we lounged on soft white sand surrounded by crystal blue water. One of the best things we did in Malaysia!

What better way to relax than walking along the rocky river at this recreational park. The water comes from a nearby waterfall accessible via the dirt trail or along the river.
