Couldn't fault anything about our stay here. We stayed for two nights at the start of our trip and found it a great way to acclimatize. The breakfast buffet was substantial and excellent quality - particularly the Sri Lankan food. An easy walk to other restaurants and bars nearby. Clean and everything worked. Gym is very good by hotel standards

This place was wonderful a few years ago. It’s run down now. Stains on the cushion of the seats at breakfast, we had 1/2 buffet on the night that we were there because there weren’t many guests staying on that night, the food was not tasty at all. I only booked because the last time I was there, the food service etc was fantastic. The doors to the pool were rusty, the sun loungers too, the little details that make the difference with a 5* hotel, it’s not at all anymore. Such a shame and so disappointing given how nice it once was. There was one young lady who checked us in, she was wonderful.

Best experience! Clean room, comfortable bed and comforter, amazing breakfast buffet, the ocean view from the balcony, friendly staff, walking distance to a lot of restaurants... Everything was beyond our expectation. If I visit Negombo area again, this is definitely the place I would stay.

Perfect property for a beachfront stay. It is on a busy road but inside the property feels very tranquil. The staff is very friendly and the view from the lobby and room are splendid. Property grounds are well maintained with one decently big pool and attached bar. Great place to just relax on the beach for a few days.

A really good hotel with kind and attentive staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the spa services. The only minus was how cold the room got because of the AC (didn’t matter how much we tried to adjust it), but I would definitely stay here again.
