Dear Miguel, do accept my most heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused and I regret that it was not handled by the associates in a professional manner. Due to the recent Terror attack, a decision was in fact made to be flexible on the cancellation policy. the hotel had written to you to reconfirm your booking and the airport pick up, however as a response was not received, the booking was considered to be active. Having read your review, we understand that it was a lengthy process to follow up with the cancellation and once again apologize to you. However you will be pleased to know that a full refund has been initiated. I have been informed by Expedia that it may take approximately 20 days.
