The house is available completely to our guests with lounge areas, dining area and the exterior zone including swing, table and a large garden

The property is situated along the European path E5 where you can make every day trekking excursions that lead on the sweet hills of Valpolicella amist the vineyards. The countryhouse is located in a picturesque courtyard on the top of a hill with beatiful panorama view near the house. It s neccesary you will arrive by your own car as there is no public bus reaching the location and there are no shops near the house

Entspannung pur

Liebevoll restauriertes und ausgestattetes Rustico in den Hügeln über Verona. Super nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir haben es sehr genossen nach unseren Ausflügen in die Umgebung auf der Terrasse zu entspannen.

Goed gefaciliteerd verblijf en voldoende ruimte. Leuk huisje in een rustige omgeving Ligging in bergen, kost wat reistijd naar winkel en omgeving Tip laat de locale bakker brood bezorgen , in de supermarkten is dit minder van kwaliteit. Verder top locatie.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Haus das über Serpentinen zu erreichen ist, oberhalb von Negrar liegt und zum Verweilen einlädt. Wir haben uns trotz einsetendem Herbstregen in den vielen Zimmern mit ihren alten Gebälk und großen Kaminen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uriges Steinhaus mit antikem Flair. Ideal als ruhiges, ungestörtes Plätzchen und als Basis für Tagesausflüge zum Entspannen danach. Unsere Kinder konnten spielen ohne jemanden zu stören, wir mussten uns keine Gedanken über Lautstärke oder Nachbarn machen. Susanna ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Urlaub!

Perdu dans la montagne au milieux d'un hameau ce gîte rustique mais très propre ne manque de rien Endroit très calme Nous sommes venu à 4 personnes voir un rallye auto historiques et le gîte était idéalement placé au milieu des spéciales Nous avons apprécié les 4 chambres et les 2 salles de bain et le petit salon au rez de chaussé pour des moments de causerie À ne pas manqué si vous passez dans le coin

Mitten in den Bergen, nah an Verona

Das Haus ist urig, gemütlich und liegt ruhig und idyllisch in den Bergen vor Verona. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, kleine Siedlungen in der Umgebung, man hat einen hervorragenden Blick auf die umliegenden Gipfel und kann schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, oft auch durch schattige Wälder. Mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min. im Zentrum von Verona. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt auch eine Tischtennis-Platte, und war für uns zwei Familien mit je drei Personen groß genug. Für uns der einzige Nachteil: in dem oberen Zimmer war es sehr heiß, und ab 21:00 Uhr kamen die Mücken auf die Terrasse.

Compagnia, pace e relax.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, la casa è arredata in modo rustico e confortevole. Tutto quello che può servire è a disposizione. La zona notte è pratica e molto silenziosa, mentre nella zona giorno si possono passare dei bellissimi momenti in compagnia. Il giardino con ping pong, dondolo ed una tavolata molto lunga permettono di godersi dei fantastici momenti anche all'aria aperta. Nei pressi dell'abitazione vi è un sentiero che permette di vedere Verona dall'alto e poter passeggiare in mezzo al verde, ve la consiglio vivamente. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e cortesi. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto e contento di aver soggiornato in questo Rustico!

Charming rural retreat

This is a beautiful house, beautifully furnished.We had a really nice stay here in June. Everything needed was provided. and everything worked perfectly. The downstairs rooms were lovely and cool for night time ( much nicer than air conditioning ) and we got fabulous cherries off the trees in the garden. Peter & Gaby
