"They was not any bed spread provided for one of the bed. The room -the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh. "We had an amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, the service was exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The restaurant staff were especially wonderful and went above and beyond for our kids, making every meal enjoyable and helping our family feel so well cared for. My family had such a relaxing and restful time. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful beach, a lovely pool, and stunning gardens that made the experience even more special and the food was excellent! We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return!"

"The property has a designated nudist beach area, but it sits next to two other hotels that are not adults-only; when guests walk along the beach between properties, they are surprised by this section, making both them and the nudist guests feel uncomfortable. I do not think that area should exist, given that the beach is public, not private. The property needs better housekeeping; the pool was dirty, and the hot tubs were far too hot! The food was terrible; we only enjoyed one good dinner, which required a reservation. Lunch options were limited and à la carte, with no better choices available. Guests should be better informed about the available options; we only discovered the beach and pool service because we asked what the little red flags meant—lol 😆—as we thought they signaled a ban on swimming due to water issues! The hotel needs a complete paint job; it looks old and, in many places, run-down. We found a game room, but it was out of commission because the attendant didn't know which games were working, and there was no one available to help with the slot machines or serve us a drink. I enjoyed the beach and the staff members, the repeated program is a good idea but could be better at engaging new guests with a big welcome basket and the program information inside it."

"I love this property. It's one of two places I will stay when I visit. My issue this last visit was with the late night security. I had to reach through and figure out how to let myself in the gate two nights in a row... The first night someone was following me and bothering me and security was just sitting there inside the little hut. When I finally got through I looked to see if anyone was there and he was just sitting there looking at me! The second night, thankfully I wasn't being followed outside, but I saw the security look out the little window at me and still not get up to let me in!! I, again, had to reach through and figure out how to unlock the gate to let myself in. The property is beautiful and when I've eaten there it's been good. They also have beach side security, Mr Michael, who prevent the local solicitors from harassing the guests."

"The room was clean and cool upon entrance. The grounds are well kept as well as most of the staff are friendly and helpful, shootout to Blair the lifeguard who made our stay smooth as well as the security who brought our bags to our room kudos to him. On the website it says complimentary breakfast but that doesn't comprise of the ackee and saltfish on their Instagram page. However you must give that a try. All meals we're excellent in my opinion. Another thing to note it is a cashless property so ensure that you have a working card. They also have $200 usd security deposit that must be paid upon checking in. Rooms are equipped with lotion, hand soap shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Housekeeping is present everyday and mini bar is available at an additional cost. Overall it was an excellent stay will definitely be back"
