Styled in a home away from home, comfortable palette, the interior is the perfect combination of vibrant and welcoming, the property has been artfully designed across two spacious levels for maximum delight.
This spacious house is comfortable holiday living, upstairs has the bright open-plan, air-conditioned living/ dining space opens to a balcony overlooking the township and draws in the cool ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities offers an inviting place to cook a meal with the family with conversation flowing across the open plan living/ dining space to make for a comfortable holiday.
Upstairs you will also find the main bedroom with a Queen size bed and ceiling fan, and second bedroom with tri-bunk (double underneath and single above which is suited to children only. The main bathroom has been renovated and provides a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Descend downstairs to a further two bedrooms, and second bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and open plan laundry with top loader washing machine. Walk through the second bedroom providing a single bed and trundle to enter the third bedroom which has a Queen bed.
With boutique shopping, cafés, and restaurants just 450 metres down the road, and Nelson Bay Marina only a short 550 metre walk away, the relaxing coastal lifestyle is right at your doorstep.
There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway, please note no garage is available and on-street metered parking.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
