There are two seperate living areas, one downstairs with air conditioning and access to the backyard, and then open plan living and dining upstairs. The upstairs dining area opens out onto the outdoor setting perfect for poolside entertaining. Relax and unwind with a BBQ at any time of day while the kids play in the pool, they wont want to leave!

The elevated position of the home gives you beautiful water views from the large balcony at the entrance of the house. This property is only a short walk to Dutchies Beach and just a 15 minute walk into Nelson Bay CBD where you will find shops, restaurants, beach, cafes and many other tourist attractions Nelson Bay has to offer!

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
