Location excellent close to everything.Had a great time.The house could do with a kitchen up date "stove and oven" The down stairs bathroom needs an exhaustfan.Apart from that overall the house is ok.

The accommodation was in a great location. We could walk to Nelson’s Bay marina or town centre easily. The photos were a little deceiving as the unit is quite old and needs some love. The out door area was dirty with cobwebs and dirt. The bathroom floor was not fully cleaned. All guests found the beds quite uncomfortable - very hard.
