This stylishly furnished Ducted air conditioned three bedroom unit with the bonus of having all linen supplied and wifi is located in Bay Parklands at Little Beach. Perfect for a large family with a spacious wrap around balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ that opens off the living area.

Bay Parklands provides the perfect getaway for those who want to walk to the beach, have beautiful grounds for the children to play and also have access to all the facilities that the complex offers such as tennis court and pool. The unit provides the tennis racquets and balls for a game of tennis.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an internal laundry offering a washing machine and dryer. Ensuite off the main bedroom, main bathroom and separate toilet.

Park the car and forget the hassles of the traffic, walk to little beach, marina, restaurants and Diggers Club.

The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is prohibited in this Unit.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Fantastic amazing place

We loved loved this unit. Due to covid the pool, spa and recreation room was closed. It was the most perfect location . We could sit on our balcony and watch the kids play cricket on the huge grounds. All beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything - home away from home. The agent looking after the property were easy to deal with. Great experience. Thanks Stayz

Great location, modern unit

This was a great spacious unit. The northerly aspect meant we had the sun all day. The parklands allowed us to heard the birds all day and we had the pleasure of their company in the morning. So close to the water and all local attractions. We loved our stay and will return.

We had a lovely break together enjoy the bay! The apartment was spotless and fully set up for guests making the trip easy. Linen provided also was a major win for us. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay

Great apartment well suited to groups of 8 situated close to beaches, cafes, restaurants, club and skate park. The unit was even better than advertised and has everything you could possibly want. We were advised by the Real Estate to bring our own dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, washing powder, etc etc. Brought all this only to find that all this was well stocked with plenty of cutlery and crockery, basics in the pantry such as sauces, salt & pepper, sugar, some tea and coffee and there was a coffee machine (delonghi) but of course you need to supply your own pods. Only gripe... recommend when catering for up to 8 people that two sets of keys be made available. *****

Great place to stay. Excellent location & reasonable price. Stayed here over the Christmas holiday with my family & everyone had a wonderful time. The unit had everything we need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms didn't have air conditioning which made it quite hot during summer but everything else was good. Recommended and will book again.

We stayed in this apartment for a friends weekend away and after reading the current review was unsure what to expect, however the new property owners have done a great job at rectifying the issues aforementioned. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The balcony with the brand new BBQ and outdoor setting was a great way to unwind for afternoon drinks. The rooms had brand new ceiling fans and the furniture had all been recently upgraded. The location was brilliant with only a minutes walk to the beach and boathouse for the sunset. There was 8 guys staying over the weekend and we felt we had ample space and the apartment configuration with the bedrooms seperate from the living space would make a family holiday with kids ideal. I will be definitely bringing my family here for our next holiday to the bay.

Not the best

There were a few things that were very disappointing with this property. I wouldn't recommend staying until the following is fixed. 1 - Property is for 8 guests, only 4 outdoor chairs provided and a table that's roughly 40cmx40cm. The balcony was covered with very old bird poo. 2 - The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. 3- The bunk beds are only suitable for small children as in the bottom bed you can't even sit up. 4 - No bbq, yet they have bbq utensils?? 5 - Dirty, very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere. We found poo( I believe it was mouse poo) in the draws in the bedrooms. 6 - They had 1 fan for 8 guests, the windows can only open up 12cm and we had 1 fan. Because we came during the Christmas break we had to wait a couple of days in sweltering heat to get fans from the agency. 7 - Worst of all, no flyscreens. If you don't like having wasps fly into your apartment, then this isn't the place for you. On the positive side, location was good. Pool was nice and the apartment itself was quite big. Location was very nice as well. Unfortunately, we couldn't wait to get out of that property. It has potential, however, there seems to be no care for the guests from the property owners.
