Perfect holiday home

Suits young families

A clean, light and spacious property closer to little beach than Nelson bay town centre but can walk to both. We had hoped to use the pool (October) which was open but not heated so a bit cold for small children. Overall we felt the property was nicer & bigger than the photos on the stayz website suggest.

Wonderful location and well appointed property

Property was very well appointed with almost everything you could think of, from board games and books, soaps and toilet paper, to basic condiments in the kitchen. The professional clean completed prior to our arrival was not up to standard (there were hair balls all over the carpet) but the owner was very responsive and escalated the issues to the cleaning company. Overall, a great property in a great location!

The property owners really do care about their guests. We had the slightest of issues and William had it sorted within 15 minutes. Very quiet, gated community. Highly recommend

Has all the essential amenities for holiday stayers

The house was the perfect size to accommodate 8 people. The beds were comfortable & bathrooms were large. Appreciated that they provided plenty of condiments, toilet rolls & plenty of extra equipment for the kids to play eg. Bikes, rods, snorkel gear & more. Was neat, had air conditioning, large pool with BBQ facilities & was a private gated community with short cut walk ways to the marina & beach. Were only a couple of minor issues but the owner was quick to respond & tended to us immediately which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property & would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything we needed

Enjoyed the house. It was spacious and modern with pool access in the complex. Perfect for young families. Wests Diggers club is close by as is little beach.

the perfect getaway location - clean / kids safe / secure / close to everything

Just spent 2 weeks in this property. We as a family with 2 kids travel to Port Stephens every year and have stayed in numerous different properties, this by far is one of the better ones. Very clean , spacious , secure (especially with young kids ) , close to the beaches and main town. Will defiantly stay here again. Thank you Sharon and William Mills for making our getaway memorable for all.
