Reasonable for what you pay!
Location and views were amazing- couldn’t fault! Entrance and parking for the apartment block is not on Victoria Parade which would have been nice to know- it’s Shoal Bay Rd.
The apartment itself is quite small, with minimal storage/hanging for clothes but fine for 2ppl. There is no privacy at night as the blinds don’t actually block the view from outside when a light is on- they also let light in which was a pain in the morning; especially with daylight savings.
The bathroom is modern with plenty of storage and the water pressure in the shower was great, however having to drape the curtain around the entire tub and have it stick to you as your showering was really annoying.
Only a small hot plate to cook on and the basic cooking pans etc. No oven but a dishwasher and a microwave.
Overall, it was clean and in a great location with provided parking so reasonable for what you pay :)
