Unit 15 has a double lock up garage plus there is ample parking on the complex grass area for a boat.

This complex is within walking distance to Shoal Bay Beach (400m), Wests Diggers Nelson Bay Club (950m), Little Beach Boathouse restaurant, café, and bar plus the popular takeaway/general store approx. 500m away. Nelson Bay CBD and D’Albora Marina are just over 2km away and offer boutique shopping, award winning restaurants and dolphin/whale watch cruise departures
