Second floor, two bedroom unit across the road from Little Beach with stunning water views. Tastefully decorated unit with ceiling fans in the living area and main bedroom. There is plenty of off street parking in the grounds of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen with a 3/4 size dishwasher, microwave andfront loader washing machine in the bathroom.

Parking - plenty of off street parking in the grass area beside the complex. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.
