Hi, I feel that McGrath Port Stephens went above and beyond with countless trips to the property to assist you in the user errors outlining the user manuals for each appliance, even engaging a tradesman to attend and confirm the problem was user error. The property is not advertised to have linen. We even took the time to call you and confirm you were bringing your own linen, weeks prior to your arrival. The air conditioning is outlined on the listing, which rooms have air conditioning, and which do not, we spoke about this on one of the several visits. It is strange that you never mentioned the rugs, mattress or cockroaches to us when we attended the property on the several occasions. The dining room chairs seem to be a personal opinion on interior design, however, thank you for the feedback.
