The combined bathroom and laundry has a shower with a small bath at the base, separate toilet, top-loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
There is single lock-up garage (shared with another unit) to park your vehicle.

Great location at little beach.
Perfect location and views.
If you have bad knees or small children I would not recommend as it’s on top floor. Carrying your luggage and food up the stairs is challenging.
Found property to be very dusty. Needed a good clean.
Bed was very comfortable in main bedroom.
Could do with some new doona covers as they are a little outdated. And some coasters for the table for your drinks.
