Big room in easy-access location
Location of hotel is nearby the Port Stephen downtown which is walk-able distance. The room is big enough for fully open of 3 large suitecases.

Good old fashioned service from the owner/property managers. Tap in bathroom was dripping/running and could not be tightened. Otherwise very clean, great pillows !

Dated
Staff were friendly and obliging however the hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. All parking in the open and the pool area is in need of a lot of work.

Thanks for giving the staff heads up .We know it is an old building but we also know it is very clean and our house staff take a lot of pride in their work.Pool area and pool is always looked after and council always gives us the thumbs up and pool works helps us to make sure all levels are correct.RegardsGreg
