The spacious kitchen is equipped providing guests with the option to prepare meals at home and includes coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, stove-top, full size fridge freezer plus plenty of bench space including a breakfast bar.

There is internal access to the double lock-up garage which is utilised as a rumpus room with seating and a second flat screen TV. The laundry is adjacent to the garage where a top loading washing machine, dryer and second toilet is provided.

All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor to capture the cool sea breezes with the master bedroom offering a queen size bed, ceiling fan and mirrored built-in robe.
