Welcome to Guest House on Grove, a stylish two-bedroom retreat in the heart of Nelson. Located in the peaceful suburb of The Wood, you’ll be within walking distance to the city center and have easy access to everything Nelson has to offer. The Space:
Accommodating up to four people, the property is situated on the second floor of our family home, accessible via an external staircase. You'll have the entire second floor to yourself for full privacy (75m²).

Bedroom 1: king bed, living room, smart TV
Bedroom 2: super king bed, smart TV
Main Bathroom: shower, motion-sensor lighting, heated towel rails, underfloor heating, & complimentary toiletries.
Kitchen: fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, selection of hot beverages, and basic pantry staples. Please note there is no dishwasher.
Laundry: washing machine & dryer.

Please note:
- Access via an external staircase makes it unsuitable for children under 12 years of age or those with limited mobility.
- No outdoor area is available, but the great location offers plenty to explore nearby.
- Free off-street parking is available upon request.
- Convenient self-check-in and check-out.
- No smoking, vaping, events, parties, or pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel their booking for a full refund up to 14 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
