This holiday home is contemporary & relaxing & well equipped for practicality & comfort. While proximity to local eateries makes eating out a cinch, with a great kitchen & readily available great local produce, cooking at home is also a great option!

Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom & private balcony with close-up views over Fifeshire Rock.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with intimate views over Haulashore Island.
Bedroom 3: Single bed + Single bed with views toward Tahunanui Beach.
Other: Office nook with a view of the bay.

**Special conditions and notes**

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Car parking - Two off-street car parks are provided for guests. The garage area is not accessible to guests.

- Security Camera - There is a security camera outside the property. This camera surveils the driveway area.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. This home is set-back & elevated & has been well insulated to provide comfort & quiet. The road will be busiest during weekday mornings & late-afternoon commute times.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
