"Room nice and big, Breakfast was good. Only issue was they do not tell you that you need to request room cleaning. 1st day they didn't touch the room, 2nd day all they did was drop off fresh towels. The room was never cleaned during the Thur-Sun stay. A little disappointment. "

"The place smelled clean, carpets vacuumed, BUT..bathroom was GROSS. Tub was disguting needed to wear flip-flops to shower in it which we couldn't because the drain backed up within minutes to your ankles. Also somebody else's hair left in the sink and very obvious nobody is scrubbing the floor tile. The flooring in the room was vinyl plank which would be great if it appeared as if they had washed recently. The entire building was falling apart which was a shame because you could tell that it was a gem of a hotel when it was built"

"The location next to the convention center was ideal. The restaurant was great. We never got room service for three nights and the bed was too hard for my liking. "

"The actual hotel is gorgeous. The staff was very passive aggressive and dismissive. The shuttle to and from the airport was a very hard vehicle to get in and out of for people with disabilities. When we were checking out I called down to ask for the shuttle as instructed. I was rudely told that “you better hurry or you’ll get left. We actually ended up taking an uber to the airport. Frankly I exported more from a Marriott property. I would probably not book here again. "

"I noticed immediately how dirty it was. Then as I was touring the apartment the shower was dirty and had paint peeling and 6 inch strips along with rusty metal lung to the bottom. I had bought $ worth of groceries for the week when I get back to the room the very next day from work, I realize the fridge was not cold enough to keep my food at a safe temperature. The milk I had just bought was already curdled. The cheese was limping melted, and I had to throw away all the food in the fridge. Then while getting up on the third morning, I went to grab paper towel from the paper towel provided, and in between the rolls of paper towel. There were three cockroaches alive.. I text called and emailed the customer service to try to give them a chance to fix the fridge. They told me someone would be there in the afternoon to fix the fridge. Exterminator would be there for the cockroaches and they told me there was nothing they could do about the shower. At 8 PM the following evening I got a knock on the door. It was maintenance telling me they needed two or three hours to work on the fridge. I told them it was too late. I was already going to bed.. I spent a week there without being able to save groceries. Take a shower or feel comfortable. They did nothing but your service to try to fix the problem If I could give zero stars, I would, I will never be staying at one of their locations again and I will let everyone I know that also travels for work not to stay at any of their locations"
