Amazing cozy little cabin
Such a cute romantic little cabin. Had everything we needed!! Not far at all from all the hikes in hocking hills and close to towns for dinner if you choose to go out instead of cook there. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!
This cabin has everything you need and more! Great amenities~nice and secluded~and just a short drive to all the trails and caves! We couldnt have picked a better place to stay! Our dogs had a blast as well! Super clean cabin and the hot tub was amazing!

Absolutely the best get away we have found
This is a perfect cabin for a short get away from normal life. Has everything you need, plus, for a very relaxing time. The hot tub helps the romantic time needed with your loved one. The hiking trials near by helps the fit bit. Looking for big foot helps the fun. Plenty of games and movies at the cabin for after hot tub or family fun after hiking. The kitchen is beautiful and fits any needs of the person cooking. Will absolutely be going back for more stays. Thank you for such a nice and relaxing stay.

Great Getaway
We had a terrific time staying at your property! The cabin was very nice and perfect for my wife and our two dogs. We had a great weekend stay and would definitely book another stay in the future! On a side note, the pots/pans/baking sheets could use a more detailed cleaning, but not a big deal. I didn’t mind washing prior to use. Overall, it was an excellent stay at an excellent place!

Nice & cozy , clean & only thing I definitely would of liked to be closer to Hocking Hill State Park but was nice cabin & if looking to just chill out it's perfect place but was 24 minutes away from park & noticed also others that are closer that are a less expensive per night

Thank you for the review! So glad you enjoyed the cabin. Next time you are in the area, check out Lake Hope, Moonville Tunnel or Zaleski Forest. We are located less than 15 minutes from those areas, and they are lower key and not as crowded. It's where we like to go when heading out to explore.

Great find away from the tourist areas!
Cabin was amazing with all the little things you might have forgotten! Ample towels . Kitchen well stocked for any occation but no wine glass . Hot tub was older but amazing. Remote location. Description of drive was accurate and a lot of fun! Didn’t use wood burning stove as not needed! Loved all the little touches and super comfy blankets for everyone’s liking! The tiny bathroom was amazing ! Loved all the hooks for stuff . If you have dogs this is a perfect place ! While trails were a bit Thorney we loved just being able to have our dog run around up no on a lead and around a ravine area. The wood stairs inside were worn, wide and not slippery for paws. Go to Rockhouse trail a short 20 minutes away!

Beautiful place to stay!
This cabin was so welcoming, very clean, and everything about the process was easy! We loved the hot tub, and how spacious it was ! It was also away from the road and so easy to get too! We will for sure be booking again! My husband and I, plus our dogs loved this place !

The property is close to Hocking hills where we spend a couple days hiking. Great location most places are only 10-15 minutes away. Only complaint is that the couch in living room is extremely uncomfortable.

Perfection! Loved everything about our stay!
In to visit our freshman for parent's weekend at OU. This was perfect. 20-25 mins from campus, cozy cabin with plenty of room for my husband and I upstairs, our son on the first floor sofabed, and our dog. The hot tub was amazing. Enjoyed watching football and movies in cabin, hiking in nearby Hocking Hills, visiting Br3w3ry for lunch and Athens for dinner, and just a great time all around. We will be back!

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The cabin is centrally located so you can get to Hocking Hills to hike or to Athens for dinner pretty quickly & it has a nice cozy and private charm. The driveway through the woods is very steep which was no issue for us since we brought my 4x4 truck. However IF you don't have 4x4 I could see guest having issues. If you prefer a firm bed you will be very happy, however if you prefer a balanced or softer bed you may have a hard time with the bed. The loft does not have central air ducting ran to it. They have attempted to remedy this with a ceiling fan & a fan situated on the wall pointing at the bed. Granted it was very warm during our stay but it was very warm in the loft area even with the fans on. If you're going in the summer and you need a cool environment to get to sleep this could pose as issue. We were very happy that it was equipped with a hot tub which was used daily after hiking but unfortunately only one of the 4 area's to set had fully functioning water jets so we had to take turns setting in the premium seat 😂. As mentioned we were overall happy with our stay as it is a lovely cabin.

The cabin was clean, stocked and in good repair. The hot tub is a nice model and was clean. The bed was pretty uncomfortable for us so I needed the strong jets in the hot tub every day. The driveway is pretty steep. We had to put our truck in 4 wheel drive and it was fine but something to consider if you don’t have a 4-wheel drive vehicle. It’s in a short driving distance of hocking hills state park, where there are plenty of natural sites to see. We would rent this cabin again.

Came for a concert, stayed for the weekend.
Came to Nelsonville for a show at Stuart's Opera House Friday night. Found this gem of a cabin so we decided to bring the dogs and make a weekend out of it. Glad we did! We have stayed in many cabins in the area. This one may be our favorite! Super comfortable. Very well appointed. Loved it! Move in ready. It is situated on some pretty steep, hilly terrain. Made for some invigorating hikes! Hope to visit again soon!

Cabin was awesome. Super charming. Loved the kitchen and the cute bathroom upstairs. Cabin was stocked well, literally had everything you could think of but if doing laundry bring detergent. We brought cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper but this cabin had all of that. Hot tub was fantastic. Had no issues with check in. Internet worked well. Plenty of wood provided for a fee, which was nice that everything was right there for our use and we didn’t have to run out. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of games and books around the cabin. The trails around the property are quick but if going toward the top of the ridge it can get a little steep. Our dog loved it. Days were sunny and just shy of 60 degrees. About 12 min drive to Logan if looking for main shops and restaurants, there’s also a big Walmart. 20-30 min drive to hiking trails depending on which one you pick for the day. All in all great stay, would definitely come back.

We were super surprised how well the kitchen was equipped! Loved our stay and thankful we could bring the dogs along! The hot tub decoded not to work on the first niht but after a message to the property manager it was resolved the next morning! Looking forward to next time!!

Wonderful Romantic Getaway
Super charming cabin. We enjoyed the fact that we were so secluded from other cabins. The jacuzzi was wonderful after days of hiking. We are a new couple so the fact that the second bathroom was closet sized toilet and sink and right next to the bed made things a bit awkward at first but the lower level full bathroom with shower was wonderful. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend getaway with your partner!

Another wonderful trip at this property. Between the fully stocked kitchen, wood burner, and hot tub, we had a much needed getaway from all our wedding planning!
