Summary:
Relax and enjoy your stay at this beautiful, private log cabin in the Heart of Hocking Hills.
You will experience what it’s like to stay in a true log cabin, with railings hand craved, kitchen cabinets made from real wood, decor for the outdoorsy lover, and lots of windows to bring nature to you.
When you are ready to explore, you will have 60+ acres to roam, an outdoor firepit, a hammock for napping, large front porch for relaxing, and a large back deck for outside dining and/or stargazing.

Perfect family vacation

It was a perfect place for my family. Beautiful home. We were able to easily come and go to enjoy the Fourth of July and hiking. Go inside to cool off. The kids were able to enjoy the outside and have a relax full day cook s’mores.

My only complaint is that we didn't have a broom. I need my floors to be clean and I have 3 kids, a spill is bound to happen! Otherwise it's a very nice cabin, you are literally in the woods! We hiked the trails on the property and enjoyed it just as much as the state land we hiked!

Had an amazing time at seven pines with my recovery family. There was plenty of cookware where we were able to make our sit down meals for the weekend. I’m sure this place is even more beautiful when the trees and brush start to fill in. Would love to book during late spring or summer to get the full experience. Sad we did not get to use the fire pit, but we had such a full weekend with visiting a highland cattle farm, old man’s cave hiking, Ravens-wood castle and visiting the rocky boot outlet so we left the fire wood for the next guest. Thank you again to the host.

Great for the two of us

We each had our own bedroom and bath. House is amazing and back deck was nice in the afternoon after we walked at the caves in the am. We did not do much cooking. I could have done without the 5 deerhead taxidermy and 1 whole bear taxidermy. Some barking dogs and chainsaw but mostly very peaceful.

Great vacation home

We are very happy about Seven Pines. It was very clea and well stocked. I am referring to kitchen utensils, towels and washcloths, etc. It was nice to go on vacation with family and not have to drag towel, sheets etc. Also Kevin is a very responsive host. He responded to my text quickly.

Gorgeous home built and decorated for a traditional log cabin look but with beautiful finishes like copper sinks and cozy leather couches. Kitchen is well stocked with excellent cookware, not what you usually find at a rental. I’m not a hunting enthusiast, but even the trophies displayed added to the experience. Do be sure to map exactly where you’re going as service is spotty on the way in. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stunning nature retreat near Hocking Hills

Seven Pines turned out to be a luxuriously designed cabin with a hunting lodge aesthetic. The bedrooms with fans were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with adequate utensils. The bathrooms and linens were top notch. Finally, the rustic setting and the mini trails within the property made it all the more enjoyable.

Great Property!

We came to spend time with our daughter who is at OU. The stay was awesome. Very peaceful and quiet setting. Dark skies with clear view of the stars. The cabin was wonderful - spotless and very well kept. Enjoyed hiking on the trails. Wish we could have stayed all week. Would definitely stay again.

Stunning Cabin

The property is beautiful and the manager is very responsive. Our boys (10 & 12) loved the authentic feel of the cabin. The fire pit was an awesome way to relax after hiking in Hocking Hills. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Seven Pines Cabin. The cabin was immaculate and the outdoor pit was beautiful for a cool fall evening. We plan to do this trip again in the future. If you enjoy being outside of town away from all the tourist you will definitely love this place!
