  • The Burr Oak home is in the City limits but will give you the country feel. Only one neighbor, no city sidewalk, trees and nature will be your front, right side and back view.

    Easy access to Hocking Hills, Stuarts Opera House, Ohio University, Hocking College, Wayne National Forest, Bailey's Trail System, Hock Hocking Adena Bikeway, Fast Trac. I loved my stay in Nelsonville it was definitely a learning experience. i loved the location and studied up a bit on the townThe property was well keept and peacefull we had a hummingbird visit daily and the home is very well kept and absolutely beautiful we had a bit of a issue checking in but had a immediate response from the property owner. One word would be amazing
