The living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the balcony, as well as to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses with a length of 190 cm, and benefits from a north-facing balcony. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing 4 individual sleeping spaces. The apartment also includes a dedicated office area.
