The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a refined alpine retreat.

The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to the balcony, which is south facing and offers a stunning view of the ski run. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs.

The 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of guest configurations. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses, each 190 cm in length, and opens onto a north-facing balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing ample sleeping space for younger guests or additional members of your group. The apartment also includes a dedicated office space.
