Chalet Belpiano is located a few minutes away from the village center of Haute Nendaz, surrounded by meadows and forests on a sunny slope with a view over the Rhone Valley. Here at an altitude of around 1200 m you have a unique view. In the valley lies Sion (the capital of Wallis) that has a subtropical climate in the summer.

You can park your car at the chalet on the dead end. You can put your chairs in the garden or on the terrace to enjoy the nice weather, the sun and the pure air. The bus connections are provided and guaranteed by the regional bus company.

On the ground floor there is a storage room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 2-person box spring bed. From the bedroom, patio doors offer access to the garden and the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor.

The spacious cozy living room has a wood stove, a TV with satellite dish and a DVD player. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of Sion and the Rhone valley.

The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, in addition to a large dining table, the kitchen is equipped with, among other things. a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge freezer.

From the living room you reach the first floor via an open staircase.
On the floor there are 3 bedrooms all with 2-person box spring beds. There are also 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have doors that open onto the balcony. One bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub. The other bathroom has a toilet, large shower and a sink.

The entire chalet has comfortable underfloor heating.
The chalet has WIFI. All costs are included. Nothing extra will be charged.
