I've stayed at alternative properties in Parsons, KS and this is by far the cleanest and best location if you're looking for a restful night's sleep. The reception was welcoming and personable, even remembering my name at check out. Breakfast was hot and well stocked.

Home had a pungent musky smell to it, holes in the floor, big enough for critters to call through, refrigerator was dirty. Did not end up staying there due to the smell and the health risks of mold.
