"Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Pool is clean but quite a few sun loungers were broken. Accommodation was clean and all the basics were there and air con was great! The grounds look tired and need some attention. It’s a short walk to the beach. We had a lovely dinner at an Italian restaurant near the beach and there is a small supermarket nearby the beach. "

Well priced for what it is - recommend taking a few kitchen gadgets of your own (as most French tourists do) to ensure you have everything you need. Also bear in mind that most self catering apartments in France charge extra for bed linen, towels etc so ensure you check this and are prepared, or bring your own. "

The landlady lives close by and ist very flexible and very helpful concerning arrival and departure. 30 minutes away on foot from the city center and 15 min. from the bakery. "Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. "The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here. "
